Meet Elizabeth Obermeier, Certified Small Animal Massage Therapist

Elizabeth Obermeier brings over a decade of animal rehabilitation experience to her massage therapy practice. After a successful career in the Los Angeles film industry, she found her true calling in animal wellness through a deeply personal journey with her beloved dog, Goldie.

A Passion Sparked by Personal Experience

Elizabeth’s journey into animal physical therapy began with Goldie, who underwent back surgery after losing mobility in her rear leg. Goldie’s rehabilitation inspired Elizabeth to explore animal wellness further, leading her to pursue certification at the Colorado School of Animal Massage in Lafayette. Goldie continued to teach Elizabeth valuable lessons in care, especially in her final years, where massage and integrative therapies provided comfort and quality of life.

Elizabeth’s extensive education includes specialized training in rehabilitation protocols and pain management strategies.

An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, paddleboarding with Albert, and cycling on her vintage Italian steel road bike, Hollywood. She participates in community dog training events and group activities promoting positive pet socialization.
